Have you checked to see if your annual travel insurance coverage meets your demands and needs?
When you renew your policy, we will ask you to check all the details and make any necessary changes.
The process is straightforward and will only take a few minutes. We will ask you to confirm the details on your policy and check and update, if necessary, the information you told us last year about pre-existing medical conditions and any extensions to the cover. You must inform us of any changes to your requirements or circumstances to ensure you are fully covered.
If you fail to inform us of any changes to your requirements or circumstances, your policy may be cancelled or treated as if it never existed, and your claims may be rejected or not fully paid.
Covid-19 / Coronavirus Cover
Our JS Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance policy can cover you provided the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) does not advise against all but essential travel to your destination.
All customers must follow the advice of the FCDO at the time of travel and for the duration of their trip. This includes returning to the UK if the FCDO changes their travel advice based on the risks presented at the time. www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice
- Medical Expenses and Repatriation—when medically necessary, if you or anyone on this policy contracts COVID-19 while abroad.
- Cancellation Cover: If you or anyone on this policy cannot travel because you have contracted COVID-19 within 14 days of your departure date. This includes a positive pre-travel test.
- Curtailment Cover - if your trip is cut short, and if you or anyone on this policy becomes ill with COVID-19,
- Overseas Return Quarantine: additional accommodation and transport costs (limits apply) if you or anyone on this policy cannot return home due to contracting Covid-19 and being told to self-isolate abroad.
Renewal Websites
If you do not want to renew your policy, you do not need to do anything. Your Annual Travel Insurance policy will expire on the due date.
