History of Karate

After the Second World War, Okinawa became a substantial military base for the United States, whose soldiers discovered the sport of Karate there. They brought it back to their home country, thereby initiating global sports spreading.

Like other Martial Arts, Karate is a combat sport with an undeniable physical aspect, but it also focuses on self-discipline, mental health and self-development.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

If you have participated in Karate before and may have had an injury or accident while participating in Judo, you must declare this when purchasing a policy.

We have several providers who can offer travel insurance, including Karate and if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
