British Gymnastics Association

Overseas Gymnastics Trips

If you are a member of the British Gymnastics Association, you will need their permission to go to training camps or compete abroad. The Form can be found HERE.

Please Note: The travel Insurance you get as a member is for 3rd Party Liability Insurance; it does not cover Travel Insurance, so you need to buy a JS policy.

Fill out and submit this Form (4 weeks before you depart the UK).

If children are going on the trip, then the club/school must have a designated Child Protection Officer within the group who has been trained.

If the competition is a FIG (Federation of International Gymnastics sanctioned event, Gymnasts will need to apply for a FIG Licence to be able to compete as well as complete this Form
