Rhodes Town
Visit the capital of the island, Rhodes Town. Separated into new and old towns, Rhodes's charm leaves holidaymakers returning for more.
The old town is filled with romantic fountains and golden stone arches; navigate through the cobbled streets and enjoy a coffee in a traditional cafe.
Visit the Palace of the Grand Master, constructed in the 14th century and a mix of medieval and baroque architecture; this palace is a sight to behold. Consisting of 158 rooms, only a select few are open to the public, but you can still get this enormous home's superb feel.
Lindos
South of Rhodes Town, Lindos is a gorgeous cultural capital filled with ancient Greek architecture, such as the Acropolis, on top of a rocky hill.
The golden stone columns are tremendous and imposing, and the village has whitewashed houses, pebble-paved courtyards, hidden alleys and buildings, giving it an undeniably 'Greek' feel.
The whole Acropolis overlooks the beautiful Bay of Saint Paul.
Kallithea
An incredible wedding destination, Kallithea is on a stretch of golden sand and clear waters; it also hosts The Springs of Kallithea, a collection of bathing facilities that are said to have healing properties.

Travel Risks in Rhodes
Rhodes is a reasonably safe country, and its beautiful scenery attracts thousands of tourists annually. This can increase the amount of pickpocketing, so be sure to be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your belongings at all times.
Mopeds are popular in Rhodes with locals and tourists; if you are riding or a passenger on a moped, make sure you're wearing your helmet.
Be mindful of taxi drivers overcharging you for your fare; if the taxi does not have a meter, ensure you agree on a price before entering the vehicle.
