Bringing Products back into Romania:
When returning from your holiday back to the country, there are certain products such as alcohol and tobacco that you may bring back into Romania. The quantities you are allowed to bring back into the country are dependant on whether you have been on holiday in the European Union or outside of it. Under no circumstances may animal products be brought back into Romania if you have been on holiday outside of the European Union.
When returning from countries outside the European Union passengers are allowed to bring in 200 cigarettes, 250g of tobacco, and 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume, or 2 litres of spirits or aperitifs made of wine or similar beverages less than 22% volume.
