Hodgkins Lymphoma is a cancer of the immune system.

It is not known how it is caused, however there a number of conditions that increase the chances of developing the disease.

Symptoms of lymphoma include:

There are four different stages of Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Stage One means the disease only involves one lymph node region.

Stage Two involves two or more lymph node regions on the same side of the diaphragm.

Stage Three involves lymph nodes on both sides of the diaphragm.

Stage Four is the involvement of one or more non-lymphatic organs.

Treatment for lymphoma usually includes chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
