Worldwide excluding USA / Canada / Mexico / Caribbean Islands
Worldwide including USA / Canada / Mexico / Caribbean Islands

UK: United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Europe: The Continent of Europe, west of the Ural Mountains including its neighbouring islands and on European countries bordering the Mediterranean (excluding Lebanon and Libya)
