What do I do if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
Our AXA and Elect policies do not cover any pre-existing medical conditions. We will still be able to cover you for all other medical expenses, however we will not cover a claim relating to your pre existing medical condition.
If you wish to go ahead with this type insurance, please feel free to purchase a policy online, then contact us with your certificate number and medical condition and we will exclude it from your policy for you.
If you have a pre existing medical condition, that you wish to have covered on the policy, we do offer a policy issued by Towergate AUL which covers most medical conditions, first you must contact our pre existing medical screening company on 0870 7744 173, if they okay the cover, then purchase the AUL policy online at www.jsinsurance.co.uk or call us on 0870 755 6101
