What do I do if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
If you have a pre existing medical condition, that you wish to have covered, we do offer a policy issued by Towergate AUL which covers most medical conditions.

If you wish to do a medical screening and purchase the policy at the same time, please call us on 0844 848 1500
Our JS policies do not cover any pre-existing medical conditions. We will still be able to cover you for all other medical expenses, however we will not cover a claim relating to your pre - existing medical condition.
If you wish to go ahead with this insurance, please feel free to purchase a policy online, then contact us by email support@jsinsurance.co.uk or 0844 848 1500 with your certificate number and medical condition and we will exclude it from your policy for you.
