If my pre-existing medical condition is refused, am I still covered?
If we have refused cover, this means that the pre existing medical condition must be excluded from the policy details.
You can still purchase a policy, but you must be aware that any medical claim relating to the pre existing medical condition will not be honored by the claims department.
We do have two websites that can provide cover for pre existing medical conditions. So if you are unable to get cover through one website you may be able to get cover through our alternative website.
