I need to make a claim, but I do not have a holiday travel invoice. what do I do?
Please send a covering letter with your claim, explaining that you do not have a holiday travel invoice.
However make sure you include as much relevant information and documentation, such as ticket receipts etc.
Please also make sure you send original documents and not photocopies (make copies for your records)
