Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ Question :
What if I am travelling to more than one country, which country do I select so that I can purchase the insurance?
If for example you are traveling to France and Japan, then you should select Japan, as this would be considered worldwide travel, if you select France, then you would not be covered for Japan, as this would only cover you for traveling in Europe.
The country furthers away from the UK is the country you should choose in almost every case, the only case when this is different is when you are travelling to or via USA, Cananda, Mexico or the Caribbean, when you must select Worldwide including North America, when purchasing an AXA policy.
If you are unsure, please contact us at support@jsinsurance.co.uk and we will advise you as to which country to choose.
