You can change the details on the policy, such as your age and spelling errors and address or email details, by calling us on 0844 848 1500 or sending us an email to support@jsisnurance.co.uk However if you wish to change the destination, the dates of travel or the number of persons insured on the policy, you must request that the policy is canceled by emailing us at support@jsinsurance.co.uk and then book another policy online through www.jsinsurance.co.uk.
