What is the cancellation policy?
If within 14 days of issue of the policy you find that the Travel Insurance policy that you have purchased does not meet your requirements, you may cancel your policy.
We will refund the premium in full, provided you have not traveled and no claim has been made.
For cancellations after 14 days, no refund of the premium will be given.
If you are making a claim or you have already traveled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
