Cover for all household goods and all other personal property , tenants fixtures and fittings including televion aerials and satellite dishes for loss and damage directly caused by:

• Escape of Water from Tanks or Pipes
• Violent disorder of persons of malicious intent
• Aircraft
• Subsidence
• Escape of Oil
• Storm or Flood
• Impact
• Landlords Contents up to £1000
• Lock replacement up to £50
• Riot, civil commotion
• Legal Liability to £500,000
• Theft

Valuables and Personal Possessions - All Risks

All risks is where the Valuables and Personal Possessions are insured anywhere in the UK

Main Policy Exclusions

• The first £50 of any claim is not covered
• Bicycles are not insured unless inside the home at the time of loss
• Property away form your home is only insured if you have the Personal Possessions Extension
• Mobile Phones are not insured, nor is breakage of sports equipment in use
• Accidental damage to your property is not covered
• Insurance cover for CDs/records/cassettes/video cassettes/DVDs is limited to £100
• The highest value for any one item is £750
• Maximum of one item valued over £250 where £2000 contents is required
• Maximum of two items valued over £250 where £3000 contents is required
• Maximum of three items valued over £250 where £4000 contents is required
• Valuations or receipts are required for any items worth more than £250
