IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENEWALS FROM THE 6th May 2011

• Clause 1 The Insurance: has been amended to reflect an increase in cover which now includes loss for all policies.
• Clause 2 Definitions: "Limit of Liability" has been amended to reflect maximum replacement cost of the Telephone as £700.00 including VAT. In the event of a valid claim that exceeds that limit, the additional cost would be paid by you at that time.
• Clause 5.4 Excess: amendment to excess levels means there would be an excess of £50 payable on each and every claim accidental damage claim and ££75 for each and every theft and loss claim.
• Clause 5 General Conditions: addition of "Auto Renewals" which means that your policy can automatically renew at the end of each 12 month period using the credit/debit cards provided. You will be advised in advance of each renewal date at which point you will have the option not to renew your policy.
