I am not the sole signatory on the bank account. Can I set up my Direct Debit in the normal way?
If you are not the sole signatory on your bank account, you will still be required to enter your bank details on the website in the normal way. However, additionally, you need to click on the Direct Debit Mandate form, print and complete it in full, with all signatories to sign and return it to the address details on the form - JS Insurance, PO Box 116, Ryde, PO33 2WX.
