What date is the direct debit taken out of my account?
This is either on the 8th or 20th of each month. If the account requires multiple signatures you will need to print, complete and return a Manual Direct Debit Mandate.
You can download a Direct Debit Mandate by going to the Mobile Phone Insurance home screen at www.jsinsurance.co.uk and selecting the tab Direct Debit, here you will find a printable Direct Debit Mandate.
