Can I insure my iPhone?
Yes we do provide iPhone Insurance.
In the case of a repair for a valid claim, our repair centres would aim to repair your iPhone and return the phone to you.
In the event of a valid theft or loss claim or accidental damage claim where the phone is deemed to be beyond economical repair, because of the supply contract between Apple and your Network provider, we may not be able to purchase a replacement phone on your behalf, in this instance we would offer you the opportunity to purchase the handset yourself and we would then reimburse you for the purchase. Please note that the maximum liability is the replacement value of your original iPhone up to a maximum of £700.00, therefore if your model is no longer available you would be liable for any difference between that and the cost of the alternative iPhone model chosen.
