If my phone has been stolen or lost, how do I make a claim?
In the event of theft or loss:
- You must notify the Network you are connected to and have the line temporarily barred within 24 hours of discovering the incident.
- Notify the local Police authorities within 24 hours of discovering the incident and obtain a Crime Reference/Lost Property Number (where applicable)
- Contact the JS Insurance claim line on 0844 576 2294 within 48 hours of discovering the incident and report the claim. You will be sent a claim form for completion which must be returned within 30 days of notifying the claim together with the relevant excess payment and any supporting documentation.
