Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes, we will require proof of purchase if you make a claim. To insure the equipment with us it must have been purchased within the last six months. Proof of purchase can be an original computerised store receipt or online purchase confirmation email (including Ebay purchases). The proof of purchase must be in your name. If you do not have proof of purchase, we will not be able to process the claim.
