When does my insurance policy end?
As per your Certificate of Insurance, your period of insurance is for 1 year (12 months), you will be contacted by JS Insurance up to at least 30 days before the renewal date of your annual policy and informed of any changes to the premium or the policy terms and conditions. You can advise the Administrator about any changes to your policy details by calling 0844 576 2294. Please note that if you do cancel your policy, your product will no longer be covered against any major eventualities that your policy covers (such as theft or accidental damage). Your cover will terminate upon receipt of your notice of cancellation by the Administrator and providing you have not made a claim you will receive a pro rata refund of the premium paid (subject to your Statutory right to cancel).
