How long does it take to receive my policy documents by post?
Your product is protected from the moment you have successfully completed your online transaction and a reference number has been generated on screen. You will receive a copy of the Policy Summary and Terms and Conditions together with confirmation of your payment instruction via email instantly in addition you will also receive these documents by post within 3-4 working days.
