If my product has been stolen, how do I make a claim?
In the event of theft:
1. Notify the local Police authorities within 24 hours of discovering the incident and obtain a Crime Reference Number
2. Contact the JS Insurance claim line on 0844 576 2294 within 48 hours of discovering the incident and report the claim. You will be sent a claim form for completion which must be returned within 30 days of notifying the claim together with the relevant excess payment and any supporting documentation.
