Will you pay out cash in the event of a claim?
No, we will never pay out cash; this is not how the claims procedure works. In the event of theft we will replace equipment to the same or similar specification up to the insured value. In the case of accidental damage we will ensure that your claim results in priority authorisation to repair the equipment. Claims may only be dealt with by our appointed suppliers and repairers. We will arrange for the laptop to be collected. Under no circumstances should you arrange your own repair or re supply.
