If my product has been accidentally damaged, how do I make a claim?
In the event of Accidental Damage: Contact the JS Insurance claim line on 0844 576 2294 within 48 hours of discovering the incident and report the claim. You will be sent a claim form for completion which must be returned within 30 days of notifying the claim together with the relevant excess payment and any support documentation. You will also be required to send your product, at your own expense, to the necessary repair centre to be assessed details of which will be provided within the claim form.
